QCard has become one of the leading global payment authorities with an ever-growing worldwide customer base, as thousands of people accessing our site every day. Last year, we announced that our Asian wing would be moving to a new domain and explained how this move will help us to provide better services to tens of thousands of clients living in Asian countries.
Our newly-formed Asian teams are now preparing to serve the customers in the most effective ways that has already resulted in 10% uplift in Asian web traffic. Lots of work has taken place over the past few weeks and months to prepare for this moment, and today we are making the move to our new home. The site will look and feel exactly the same – only the URL will be different, saying www.qcardasia.com. We will be making the move gradually throughout the month (so don’t be alarmed if at some point some URLs say mastercards.co and others qcardasia.com).
The new domain means that our support email addresses are changing to the format email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. You may want to add these new email addresses to your safe lists as you are going to receive all the official emails from these email IDs. If you have links on your website which point to us, and would like to update them, that would be great. However, our global support Skype ID (Mastercard.co) and the country specific support phone numbers will still remain the same.
The team of hardworking folks at QCard will breathe a sigh of relief when this significant project is complete. The new site is already launched and opened for general visit. All documents are not yet transferred from the old site. We are still developing our new look. But it’s not the end of the story. Expect further improvements in the months ahead as we redevelop our site.
